SMC is going international this September!
Robin will be teaching at UrbanOM in Sweden, sharing SMC’s practical, research-informed approach to yoga therapy.
On September 16, Robin will teach Stand Tall for Life: Posture for Longevity. Robin will combine the latest research on posture and longevity by Dr. Deborah Kado and others, including some great practices from Dr Baxter Bell (Yoga For Healthy Aging) to develop fast twitch muscle fiber.
