Yoga for Stress Management:
A life without stress is a meal without spices. Stress itself is not the problem:
it is our reaction to stress that is the issue. Let us focus on what to do with
the mind, moment by moment of daily life - be it stressful or relaxed. Robin
and Lynn will introduce movements and techniques that quiet the mind and
help you respond to yourself and the world with compassion and equanimity |

off the mat. Knowledge of basic yoga asanas and breathing techniques is helpful. |
