InnerBody Yoga
Yoga in the style of Angela Farmer and Victor van Kooten - an organic practice full of self-inquiry, fueled by breath. New to yoga? The slow tempo of this class will help to coax the body open. Established student/teacher? This work can help you take your study to a new level of embodiment.
Yoga for Special Needs
Originally designed to address stiffness, injuries and illness, this is also a great “first yoga class.” Postures are approached gently with emphasis on breathing and comfort.

Pre and Post Natal Yoga
Classes are designed to prepare women in body and spirit for the many changes that occur during pregnancy and postpartum including special attention to optimal preparation of the abdominal, back, and pelvic floor musculature.

Yoga for Healthy Backs
This class will introduce yoga postures and breathing techniques that provide a foundation for a healthy spine and back. We will explore causes of back pain and ways to alleviate them through breath, movement, concentration and relaxation.

Hatha & Raja Yoga for Stress Management:
A life without stress is a meal without spices. Stress itself is not the problem: it is our reaction to stress that is the issue. Let us focus on what to do with the mind, moment by moment of daily life - be it stressful or relaxed. Robin and Lynn will introduce movements and techniques that quiet the mind and help you respond to yourself and the world with compassion and equanimity

Vini Yoga

Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga
The purpose of Vinyasa or Flow yoga is to allow the body a rather vigorous series of movements, performed using a deep, connected breath. The result is 'meditation in motion'. Teachers also provide tools for embodying "the flow" on and off the mat. Knowledge of basic yoga asanas and breathing techniques is helpful.
Yoga for Kids
Loosen up and have fun. Learn better coordination and concentration. Classes will include simple yoga poses, meditation techniques and games. Build a foundation of alignment, balance and a calm focus that will last a lifetime.
