
Our yoga program teaches all aspects of yoga (postures, breathing,
meditation and philosophy) to help you integrate and center
your body, mind and spirit in a way that is useful in daily
life.
Yoga from the Center is about personal impowerment.
We encourage you to take charge of your health by developing the
skills you need maintain it. This will help you find ease and
comfort in body, mind and spirit. Our teachers are skilled at
presenting yoga in a way that encourages beginners and deepens
the experience of the more advanced - in private sessions and
class settings alike.
