SMC is thrilled to welcome 3 new instructors to the Stress Management Family:

Trinity Rose was introduced to yogic breath and asana at the age of 12 and it continues to be a central part of her life. Her teaching is deeply influenced by her study of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Feldenkrais, Ayurveda and her 13-year career as a professional massage therapist. Trinity says, "My yoga practice has been a wonderfully reliable source of wisdom and connection, a place where I find intimacy with my body, mind and emotions. Skillful yoga opens us to life, and gives us the grounding, stability, grace, and skillfulness to engage it fully. It is my deep joy to share the richness I have found on the yogic path with others.” Join Trinity for a gentle, yet dynamic practice focused on restoring vitality; YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF, Thursdays 6-7:15pm—appropriate for all levels.

Joy Rudy Joy has been practicing and studying yoga for 20 years. She completed her yoga certification at Piedmont Yoga in Oakland. Julie Howard Julie has been practicing Iyengar yoga for more than 20 years. She completed a 200-hour teacher training with Tony Briggs at the Yoga Loft in San Francisco, a 110-hour yoga teacher training with Kofi Busia (a long-time senior student of BKS Iyengar), and is certified to teach restorative poses.
